Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly brush the baking sheet with oil, or lightly spray with cooking spray.

Whisk the melted butter, lemon juice, and grated onion together.

Sprinkle each portion with a little salt and pepper.

Dip in the melted butter mixture, and lift to drain excess.

Place in a single layer in the baking pan. Lightly drizzle any extra of the melted butter mixture over the top if there is any left.

Bake until the fish flakes, about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.

Serve hot.
