Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill pickers
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chervil
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon anchovies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, and season with salt and pepper.
