Cut off 6 squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil, 18 inches in size.

Lightly spray each square.

Place a fish fillet on each square. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, and divide the sauce between each fillet, spooning it on top. Fold the foil to seal up firmly.

Place each packet on a hot barbecue grill about 6 inches over hot coals. Cook for about 20 minutes until the fish flakes and is done.

To serve, place each foil packet on a plate, and open up.
