Spanish Style Baked Oysters with Chorizo

Ingredients

  • Fresh shucked oysters
  • Bacon, diced and cooked
  • Chorizo sausage, crumbled and cooked
  • Lime zest
  • Tomatoes chopped
  • Bread crumbs
  • Parsley chopped
  • Cilantro chopped
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Shuck oysters. Place oysters back in shell, and place on a oven proof broiler pan.

    Combine bread crumbs, bacon, diced tomatoes, chorizo, lime zest, parsley, and cilantro. Spoon over each oyster. Dot with small dabs of butter.

    Broil until topping is browned and oysters are cooked.
