Simple Rockfish with Seared Green Onions and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Fresh rockfish filleted, skin on
  • Green or spring onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute rockfish. Sear green onions. Arrange on plate with fresh tomatoes, basil and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
