Ingredients
  1. 1 pint oysters
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  5. Baguette slices, toasted and buttered
Instructions
  1. Drain oysters. Place in a shallow, buttered baking dish.
  2. Melt butter, add in salt and pepper. Pour over the oysters.
  3. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven until the oyster edges begin to curl and they are done, about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot over toasted and buttered baguette slices.
