A stir fry with flavorful wood ear mushrooms, bok choy, furiyake, and a honey teriyaki vinaigrette.

 

Vermillion Rockfish Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • Vermillion rockfish fillets
  • Wood ear mushrooms
  • Bok choy
  • Furiyake seasoning
  • Honey
  • Teriyake sauce
  • Salt and pepper, as needed
Instructions
  1. Saute rockfish, and remove to a platter. Reserve.

  2. In same pan used to cook rockfish, saute wood ear mushrooms and bok choy over medium heat until tender. Drizzle with honey and teriyaki sauce. Season with furiyake and salt and pepper. Serve.
