Ingredients

baguette
thinly sliced
Olive oil
for brushing
Bottarga
thinly sliced or grated
Instructions
Brush each slice with some olive oil.
Grill or broil the slices until of desired crispness.
Top each toast piece with a little of the bottarga, and serve.
