1Dungeness crabcleaned, cooked, and meat pulled from crab
1cupreal mayonnaise
2tablespoonschili sauce
2tablespoonschopped parsley
1tablespoontomato ketchup
1/2teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
Lettuceenough for 4 salads
2 tomatoescut into 8 wedges each
4hard boiled eggscut into quarters
Instructions
Mix the mayonnaise, chili sauce, parsley, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce together.
Divide lettuce over 4 salad plates. Divide the crab between the plates. Garnish with 4 tomato wedges and 4 hard boiled egg wedges. Either top the salad with a dollop of the dressing, or place in 4 small ramekins for each person as a salad accompaniment.
