Ginger Soy Marinade for Tuna
Marinate tuna steaks 10 to 15 minutes before grilling, and brush on fish during grilling.
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Use as a marinade for seafood.
